FODS Easter Trail Event – Friday 27th March at 3.30pm
Following the church service on Friday 27th March, FODS have organised an Easter trail for the children to celebrate the end of term!
After you have collected your children from school, please come to the village hall. There, you will need to collect your child’s scavenger hunt activity sheet. The trail is located on the Islip field and involves exercise, so we recommend children wear trainers. Once children have completed their activity sheet, they can bring their completed worksheet back to the village hall and exchange it for a small Easter egg! Tea, coffee and biscuits will also be available for purchase.
In order to run this event, we need a few volunteers to help. Please could you let your class rep know if you are able to help?
The cost of the event is £3 per child. Please sign-up on ParentPay BEFORE Monday 23rd March, so we can buy enough eggs for everyone. All siblings welcome, but all children MUST be noted on ParentPay.
We very much hope to see you all there!
Opportunities to become more involved with the Friends of Dr South’s School
We are looking for people to join The Friends of Dr South’s School committee. We particularly need a couple of people who are willing to help plan, organise and run some of our events as well as someone to look after our website. If you are interested and you would like to find out more, please speak to Mel or Rebecca or email us at drsouthsfriends@gmail.com
